🛒 Are your products physical or digital?

All of our products are 100% digital and downloadable. That means no physical items will be shipped. Once you place your order, you’ll get instant access to your files from the email we send out to you—once you click the download button, they will be ready to use on your device (or for printing at home).

⚡ How will I receive my digital downloads?

Here’s how it works:

• After your purchase, you’ll receive an email with a secure download link.
  

• Downloads are available immediately after purchase and receiving your email.

📩 Important: Please check your Spam or Promotions folder if you don’t see the email in your inbox shortly after you have paid.

We’re based in London, United Kingdom, and respond to messages during UK business hours—but we aim to reply to all inquiries within 24–48 hours.

🔄 Can I return or exchange a digital product?

Due to the nature of digital downloads, we do not offer refunds or returns once a file has been delivered. If you have trouble accessing or opening your files, or if there is any other issue please contact us—we will be happy to assist you.

📥 How many times can I download my files?

Your files are available to download multiple times (but no more than 5 times), so you can access them on different devices or if you need to re-download later. We recommend saving your files to a safe location after purchase.

🔒 What type of use can I do with your digital products?

All Cover Talk digital products belong to us. They are for personal use only and may not be shared, resold, or reproduced in any way (unless clearly stated that a particular product is PLR or MRR). We put a lot of heart and effort into creating these tools, and we hope you can appreciate and respect our work.

🖨️ Can I print the products at home?

Absolutely! Most of our files are designed to be easily printed on standard A4 or US Letter paper. You can also use them digitally on apps like GoodNotes on your tablet or phone if you want to prevent paper clutter. Please test it yourself to see what works for you. 

🧘 Are these resources a substitute for therapy?

No—our products are self-help tools inspired by therapeutic techniques like CBT and ACT, but they are not a replacement for professional mental health care. If you are struggling or need support, please consult a licensed therapist or your healthcare provider.
